My name is Nikki and I'm from the city of Leicester in England. I am a university graduate with a BA in English Literature and American StudiesI have lived in Japan for 5 months, so am new to the country.

As a teacher, I have over 6 years of teaching experience, working with students of all age groups and levels, from kindergarten up to elementary, middle school, high school, to proficiency classes and business classes in companies. I also have experience of preparing students for TOEIC, Eiken and TOEFL examinations. I have worked in a number of countries including; Korea, England, Taiwan, Poland, Italy, Cambodia and China.

A large percentage of my dreams are tied in with my love of the history of different nations, specifically England, Italy, China and Japan.  Drawing, illustrating and photography are key interests of mine. Besides these interests,  music is massively important to me also, especially rock, punk and heavy metal, and as for sport, I love football. If I can not get to the game itself, no matter where I am in the world, I will find any means possible to keep in touch with the fortunes of Aston Villa Football Club.
