Rank C Activities in Japan requested from overseas customers
You feel inconvenience because it is difficult to get something when you
live in foreign countries. You cannot buy a shirt with your length of sleeve;
therefore, you want to ask someone to buy one in Japan and send it to you.
You cannot contact your mother when you are assigned to work in a foreign
country for long time; therefore, you want to ask someone to make sure
if your mother is ok. Activities for Rank C are to act in Japan by the
request from customers overseas.
Rank B Simple communication, orders, verification, request etc. by International telephone
Recently many people use internet. You probably have experienced to order
to sites overseas. It is easy to buy something from sites overseas and
to work the following process if you can speak English. You may experience
difficult situation because your skill of foreign language is not good
enough. In these kinds of cases, we may be able to help you with our language
skill. The activities in Rank B are to help only with language skill. It
becomes Rank A if we need to negotiate with your counterparts in foreign
countries.
Rank A Negotiation and so on by international call
You cannnot receive puchased goods by internet auction. Puchased goods
arrived but it was broken; therefore, you would like to receive replacement
or refund. You received different goods from what you purchased; therefore,
you would like to exchange it to what you ordered. In these kinds of cases
you need to negotiate with your counterparts. Your counterpart may not
accept your request even if we negotiate with them. Therefore, please understand
there are cases that you have to pay our bill even though we cannot complete
your objectives because your counterpart does not accept your request.
Rank S Activities overseas by request of customers
Your child will marry with a foreigner; therefore, you would like to visit
the country to see your child's fiance. But you cannot go abroad by yourself.
In the case we can travel with you to achieve your objectives. You would
like to verify something overseas but you do not have enough time to travel.
You cannot contact your child who is studying overseas. In these cases
we can travel instad of you to achieve your objectives.
